1983 American Standard Telecaster

1928 National Steel Triolian Guitar with custom Randy Wood Neck
The National originally had a bakelite neck that needed some serious repairs. Rather than trying to salvage it, we used a 1962 Dobro fingerboard on mahogany to create an authentic look and sound.

1977 Cats Eyes OM Martin Copy
The Cats Eyes was a souvenir brought back by Happy and his brother Artie after a tour in Japan.

1973 Martin D-35
This instrument is a family heirloom, once again, passed on by Happy. Gryphon Stringed Instruments in Palo Alto, California did a great job of restoring the warm-sounding guitar to it’s original glory.

My first guitar. My parents finally had to get me my own guitar when I was 12. Happy finally couldn't take me messing with his instruments anymore. It's even got my name written in it so it wouldn't get lost while I was at camp.
